What The Role Offers
Enablement Program Creation & Adoption:
- Design and implement comprehensive training and enablement programs that help our sales teams master and adopt sales processes and account planning frameworks.
- Integrate sales methodology with the customer journey, ensuring that enablement efforts directly support and optimize the daily activities of our sellers.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design enablement programs that assist the sales team in executing sales processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource, offering continuous coaching and support to sales teams to ensure enablement initiatives are seamlessly integrated into daily operations.
- Design programs leveraging engaging, interactive enablement materials—including playbooks, on-demand courses, and practical toolkits—that reinforce key process elements and accelerate user adoption.
- Enable account planning at scale across business units.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design programs that scale account planning methodologies.
- Lead initiatives to support account planning by developing enablement content that outlines structured methodologies, provides templates, and shares success stories to drive effective, repeatable account growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to design communication and training strategies that effectively convey CRM and account planning best practices, process updates, and usage tips to the sales organization.
- Highlight how process improvements enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a robust change management plan.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Analyze performance data and user feedback to refine training approaches, ensuring that enablement efforts are directly contributing to improved sales performance and process adherence.
- Work closely with sales leaders, Sales Operations, platform teams, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, share insights, and ensure that enablement initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and existing process frameworks.
- Leverage a deep understanding of Sales Operations to drive initiatives that support both back-end operations and front-line selling success.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar roles, with at least 2 years managing complex sales programs or initiatives. Proven experience in sales process improvement and account planning, ideally within a large, global tech organization.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations. Strong communication skills to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive strategic process enhancements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with sales performance metrics and KPIs, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- A deep understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Showpad, Docebo, etc.) is a plus.
