In this role, the incumbent will leverage their superior analytic skills, and familiarity with reporting & business intelligence tools to champion a data-culture and offer insights to the Services team. This individual will support all aspects of the Retail business in establishing key operational performance indicators, develop adaptable reporting tools, leverage analytics to support key decision making, and provide recommend outcomes to drive retail business performance improvements in partnership with all channels of our business; online/digital, outside sales team, and Services. They will also be involved in supporting key projects within the business as required.

Some of what you will do:

This individual will support all aspects of the Retail business in establishing key operational performance indicators, develop adaptable reporting tools, leverage analytics to support key decision making, and provide recommend outcomes to drive retail business performance improvements in partnership with all channels of our business; online/digital, outside sales team, and Services. They will also be involved in supporting key projects within the business as required.
Specifically, You Will
- Serve as the expert on service data sources and omni-channel measurement, providing regular KPI reporting in Power BI/Looker.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights, assess sales drivers, and evaluate store attributes' impact on sales and conversions.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to forecast omni-channel promotions, perform scenario analyses, and optimize campaign strategies.
- Manage project timelines using JIRA, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting tools, create performance scorecards, and collaborate with data engineering teams to automate reporting processes, supporting new programs and growth with efficient resource management.
- Business degree/diploma in mathematics, statistics, analytics, or finance.
- Power BI experience along with strong Excel analytical skills required.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Looker.
- Experience with Google Cloud products, including BigQuery, Looker, and Google Analytics.
- Clear understanding of KPIs, report design, and retail analytics experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to formulate problem-solving recommendations.
