What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Oversee the design of mechanical systems for diverse and impactful projects.
Manage & Mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Drive Business Growth – Build relationships, secure new opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
Ensure Excellence – Oversee project management, budgets, and schedules to deliver exceptional designs.
Collaborate with Industry Experts – Work closely with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
P.Eng. Designation is required.
8-15+ years of mechanical engineering design experience (building systems focus).
Leadership & Team Management Experience – You’ve successfully led teams and projects.
Strong Business Development Skills – Ability to grow and maintain client relationships.
Software Expertise – Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design tools.
Strategic Thinker – Passionate About Contributing To Long-term Company Growth.
