Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000, based on experience
- $1,800 monthly Living Out Allowance
- $10,000 relocation fee
- Above-market, robust benefits plan for you and your family
- Fully covered, premium accommodations provided at no cost
- Travel to and from Vancouver Island on weekends covered

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage subtrades and suppliers, resolving issues as they arise
- Work with the project management team to align budget and schedule
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, working with architects and consultants
- Use Microsoft and web-based tools for project documentation, including reports, schedules, and expense tracking
- Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations and enforce site safety protocols
- Experience as a Superintendent managing Wood-Frame Multi-Family projects from start to finish
- Full-time work eligibility in Canada
- Strong understanding of construction practices, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of BC safety regulations and experience enforcing them on-site
- Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Experience with project management software is an asset
