We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat Labs’ (ALABs) strategic objectives with the business’ program portfolio, facilitate and execute project intake and discovery efforts, and provide guidance and leadership to the ALABs Program Management Office (PMO), driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Exceptional strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.
Reporting to the PMO Leadership, the Senior Program Manager is embedded in our technology teams, tasked with building and maintaining the gaming industry’s leading technology. You will participate in our exciting journey as we continue to build out our teams and optimize our tools and processes to create a new centralized, cross business unit, gaming technology deployment function.

- Partner with executive leadership across multiple business units to ensure strategic program delivery aligns with and supports the organization's enterprise-wide objectives and priorities.
- Negotiate and facilitate agreement between different organizational entities on shared priorities, resource commitments, and strategic outcomes.
- Lead cross-organizational program governance to ensure enterprise-wide visibility, accountability, and collaboration.
- Coordinate complex program interdependencies, resource allocation, and timeline development across organizational boundaries.
- Design integrated program management frameworks that enable consistent execution while respecting the unique needs of different organizational entities.
- Implement enterprise-wide reporting mechanisms and KPIs that provide transparent visibility into program performance across organizational boundaries.
- Facilitate executive-level program steering committees with representatives from diverse business units to drive collective ownership.
- Balance competing organizational priorities and resolve cross-functional conflicts to maintain enterprise-wide momentum.
- Orchestrate coordinated release management strategies that accommodate the needs and constraints of multiple organizational stakeholders.
- Synchronize program milestones and delivery schedules across business units to ensure seamless integration and reduced organizational friction.
- Drive adoption of consistent program management practices across organizational boundaries while respecting unique business unit needs.
- Assess the enterprise-wide impact of change initiatives and develop tailored change management approaches for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Identify and remove systematic barriers to cross-organizational collaboration, creating sustainable models for enterprise-wide program delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, fostering their growth in navigating cross-organizational dynamics and building collaborative partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies related to enterprise program management, business case development, and cross-functional change management.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Program Manager, with emphasis on managing enterprise-wide initiatives that span multiple business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Superior stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align diverse organizational priorities toward common objectives.
- Experience serving as a strategic PMO partner or liaison between different organizational entities, particularly in technology-focused companies with complex matrix structures.
- Expert-level knowledge of program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices with advanced proficiency in both Agile methodologies (e.g., Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Kanban) and traditional program management approaches.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level interpersonal skills with proven ability to build consensus among competing interests and navigate complex organizational politics.
- Extensive experience managing cross-organizational dependencies, resource contention, and timeline alignment across multiple business units.
- Demonstrated ability to create unified governance models that respect the unique needs of different organizational entities while driving enterprise-wide consistency.
- Advanced experience in creating integrated executive-level reporting that provides transparent visibility into program performance across organizational boundaries.
