For over 40 years Atrens-Counsel (AJG) has been providing customized insurance solutions to protect our clients. Our focus not only includes providing a high level of insurance coverage and unparalleled service, but also to work with our clients to manage their insurance coverage for the long-term.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Administrative support for both the administrative and brokering departments
• Data entry
• Work collaboratively with teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned which may include processing and handling in/outbound mail and reception relief

• Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player - ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
