A day in the life
Reporting into the Manager, Supply Chain Strategy Training, the Learning Designer is responsible for design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions in support of large-scale projects within the Supply Chain Strategy organization. You create synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and scalable training materials that are replicable and maintainable over time. You are skilled in aligning training programs with organizational goals and have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, systems and processes.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500- $101,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings , subject to program eligibility requirements.

A day in the life

You create synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and scalable training materials that are replicable and maintainable over time. You are skilled in aligning training programs with organizational goals and have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create immersive and engaging learning experiences, including in-person instructor led training (ILT) and virtual ILT sessions, eLearning courses, videos, presentations, SOPs and user guides
- Conduct discovery sessions with SMEs and other stakeholders to determine deeper learner needs
- Lead and execute all aspects of learning design and development including project scoping, storyboarding, building, and revising learning based on SMEs input
- Coordinate, deliver and run point on training events, both virtual and in-person
- Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners
- Maintain and revise existing learning materials, keeping specific audience, learning modality, and other learning considerations in mind while always looking for the most efficient way to express the desired learning objectives
- Ensure learning content adheres to business strategy, content standards, and other guidelines
- Design branching scenarios, storyboards and scripts, and convert them into animated, interactive activities to support the successful delivery of learning
- Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to meet project milestones in a dynamic environment
- Craft and execute on assessments that inform learning goals and techniques
- Collect and report on post-training metrics and incorporate feedback into future training iterations.
- Practice agility in maintenance of learning materials to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project
- Collaborate across the SCSP Change and Learning team to brainstorm and devise cutting-edge learning strategies and techniques
- Support cross-functional partners to deliver project-related activities for the audience
- Support with the preparation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, presentations, SOPs, project updates, release notes
- 3-5 years of experience as a Learning Designer, Training Specialist or Content Developer
- Proficiency with design tools commonly used in a learning creation environment (Adobe
- Experience in building content for large-scale programs focused on technology implementation, functional learning, and technical products and software
- Advanced facilitation skills and experience handling difficult or unengaged learners
- Proficient in the following instructional design methodologies: ADDIE model, SAM model, Action Mapping and Performance Support
- Experience creating and managing eLearning courses and learning paths within LMS
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high pressure environment and deliver high
