Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in attracting and securing top-tier talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment and a passion for building strong, diverse teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and opportunities through various platforms and initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
