In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the content fresh, working with external agencies, and coordinating exciting new website features. What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for the daily management of our websites.
- Manage and update our websites’ content using a CMS (WYSIWYG).
- Streamline the development and integration of new website features and functionalities
- Manage cross-functional projects; from requirements gathering to the delivery.
- Coordinate with SEO/SEM agencies to ensure strategic alignment and proper ad execution.
- Oversee our website adhesion to UX/UI design best practices.
- Monitor website performance and QA the user experience of critical flows (e.g., package tracking, customer support, and lead generation).
- Escalate, or resolve issues or bugs affecting our websites.
- Track and enhance website performance metrics (e.g., page load times, mobile responsiveness, etc.) to improve conversion rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as marketing coordinator, project coordinator, webmaster, content specialist, or a related role.
- Excellent knowledge of standard CMS (WYSIWYG).
- Functional understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Copywriting experience is a plus
- Worked within digital teams (DEV, SEO/SEM, UX/UI, analytics) and experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
- Understanding of mobile-responsive design and user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Bilingual (French/English)
