What You Will Do

  • Train Emergency Technicians on job execution, ensuring correct procedures are followed, including the proper use of Encircle
  • Oversee the correct operation of mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration tools
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects, meeting or exceeding company standards
  • Offer constructive feedback and create opportunities for team development
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protects employees and clients
  • Regularly inspect projects and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide continuous training for team members to keep their skills up to date
  • Offer back up support to the Emergency Manager when needed


What You Have

  • 3 + years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred)
  • Water Restoration Technician Certification (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Clean Criminal Record Check
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving and parking a panel van and cube truck
  • Ability to lift industrial fans (30-40 lbs)
  • Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers (75-100 lbs)
  • Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
