Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a modern manufacturing facility. This role combines workforce leadership, production planning, continuous improvement, and operational strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

A Typical Day

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives
• Develop production schedules, workforce plans, and resource allocation strategies to meet customer demand
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, coordinators, and manufacturing personnel to build a high-performing culture
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
• Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives and support the implementation of a new ERP platform
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrate at least 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Lead and develop teams while building engagement, accountability, and strong workplace culture
• Apply experience with production planning, resource allocation, and operational performance management
• Utilize ERP, MRP, or similar manufacturing systems effectively in a production setting
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles with Six Sigma certification or experience considered an asset
• Communicate effectively with strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
