Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a modern manufacturing facility. This role combines workforce leadership, production planning, continuous improvement, and operational strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
What's In It For You
- $110000.00 - $135000.00 annually
- Earn a competitive salary of $110,000 to $135,000 plus a 15% short-term incentive plan
- Lead operations within a newly built manufacturing facility with modern equipment and processes
- Influence strategic business decisions through annual operational planning and budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Join a collaborative leadership team with direct impact on business growth and performance

- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives
- Develop production schedules, workforce plans, and resource allocation strategies to meet customer demand
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, coordinators, and manufacturing personnel to build a high-performing culture
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives and support the implementation of a new ERP platform
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Lead and develop teams while building engagement, accountability, and strong workplace culture
- Apply experience with production planning, resource allocation, and operational performance management
- Utilize ERP, MRP, or similar manufacturing systems effectively in a production setting
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles with Six Sigma certification or experience considered an asset
- Communicate effectively with strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
