Davidson & Company is seeking a Manager, IT Compliance & Risk to join our Audit team.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct internal and external compliance audits related to SOX, PCI-DSS and other compliance requirements
  • Participate in IT risk assessments with a focus on SOX
  • Assess internal controls over financial reporting and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with business process owners to document and evaluate control environments
  • Perform walkthroughs and test key controls to ensure SOX compliance
  • Identify and present audit findings and recommendations to management
  • Assist in the implementation of remediation plans for identified control weaknesses
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate compliance and risk management requirements into technology programs
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry best practices and emerging risks
  • Educate staff on compliance requirements, policies, and risk management practices, and promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CISA, CISSP, CPA or CIA Certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading IT audit, IT compliance, or SOX- related assessments, preferably in a publicly traded company or highly regulated industry
  • In depth knowledge of common compliance standards (SOX, SEC, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR
  • Understanding of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001 and other IT compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems like SAP (S/4HANA), Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with public cloud security controls for AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Experience with IT governance and compliance tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms like Active Directory and Azure AD, Okta, Sailpoint, and CyberArk

Salary

At Davidson, we value consistency and transparency regarding compensation. The annual salary for this position is $105,000 – 125,000
